Don't Worry. Be Happy ... Soon - My 2nd Blog!

I know that I have blogged on a few very heavy topics lately. Since I don't want to scare any of you away, or give you nightmares, I will soon have a second blog.

"Awake In Rochester" will be more for you. I won't get into a lot of heavy personal posts. It will have more humorous, fun, posts. Similar to what it has been, but better, and without the mega drama.

But since I need to get a few things off my chest, and it might be heavy. I will have a second blog. Therefore, blog #2 will be for me. More personal. Letting off some steam Trying to think things through. Kind of an old fashioned privet diary. My darker side. Therapy baby! I think I will have it open to the public, at least at first. So you will be able to take a peek, if your brave enough!

I have a new poll concerning it. Where do you think I should have my more personal, privet blog? You can cast your vote. If you want to elaborate, you can comment here.

I can tell you this much -- I LOVE Wordpress, for the most part, because there's a lot less B.S. involved but you don't have the flexibility with WordPress that you have with blogger. A lot of your widgets can't work on blogger because they allow NOTHING with javascript - and you don't realize how many of those widgets and extras you want to put on your blog are run by javascript.

Just my two cents.

Also, I find it painfully inconvenient to have to log into wordpress before I can comment on your blog. Why'd you take the functionality for "other" posters to comment? Just curious but the problem is that, I write a long comment then find that I can't post it on OpenID because I'm not logged into Wordpress and then I lose everything I've typed. Then I just go away without re-doing it.

Hi Milindoe, aka Pat,

It's so good to hear from you! It has been to quiet over here. I didn't realize I still had restricted comments. I just corrected that. THANK YOU, for letting me know about it! Maybe that's why I have had fewer comments. I clicked on "Anyone", to correct it. I guess I have the old blogger. Not sure how to switch to the new. I have had no problems with blogger, and afraid if I switch it that I might start having difficulties.

Blogger has taken all my widgets so far. Could it be that some people can't see the widgets because of javascript thing? Wow, there is so much to learn.

Well, thanks again for telling me that I had restricted comments on. And for your info on Wordpress. Feel free to give your 2,4,6, even 8 cents here anytime!

Hi health psych,

Thanks for dropping by. I wish you had come by just a bit earlier, because I just deleted a heavy post about suicide.

(sorry this is out of order)

Good luck on your second blog. I did the same thing because my friends know about my main blog, and it didn't feel I could be completely honest in it.

Let's say I got lazy in writing in both blogs, lol. Hope you have better success on it, :)

Hi -a,

Well, I had two main reasons for starting a blog. One is for therapy. But I found that is difficult to do here. So I hope to express myself on a more personal way in another blog.
