Rochester N.Y. Weather - Snow Storm !

Yes, Rochester is going to have another snow storm. We are still having winter weather here. We have enjoyed a few days above freezing, but here we go again. The early daylight savings time has thrown me off. It feels like we should have spring weather. The storm won't be bad. Nothing we can't handle. But don't put your snow shovels away yet.

Forecast-

Evening
Rain and Snow Mixed, Low 30°
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF WESTERN NEW YORK FROM 8PM THURSDAY UNTIL NOON FRIDAY A mix of rain and wet snow arriving this evening, then changing to wet snow overnight. Much of the area should see 2-4" of snow by morning, but further south of Rochester, in the higher elevations, 4-8" of heavy, wet snow is possible by morning.
Tomorrow
Mostly Cloudy with Snow, High 35°, Low 22°
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON TODAY Steady snow will taper to snow showers through the day, but not before additional accumulations occur.
------------------------

On T.V. they said the higher the elevation the more snow. The higher areas in the Finger lakes could get up to 10 inches of snow. Some power outages, and falling tree limbs are expected there.

Hi ladybanana,

Ah, so England is behind us in time. ha ha. Actually I think that it is the other way around.

I like how you booted Prime minister Blair out of office. I wish we could do that with Pres. Bush.

I hope that your feeling better. Thanks for dropping by.
