A Flasher Among Us

We have a flasher in the East Rochester area. A man who is exposing himself in public.

When I was a kid we use to call them streakers. They were often nudists who weren't hurting anyone. So I wasn't worried about this flasher until I heard that he exposed himself to girls at a high school. No way! Not kids! Now that's crossing the line.

The guy has flashed several times. Nowadays, since everyone has a cell phone you would think that the police would be called and pick him up. I hope they get Mr. Flasher soon.

I just don't know what makes someone think "I'm gonna go flash someone today". I think I'm glad I don't understand it.

We had a guy on a train a while back who flashed but there was this little elderly woman who put him back in his place and he quickly put his pants on... she laughed and asked if his male bits had never developed as they looked like a babies, this of course made every one else laugh!

I agree though flashing to children is just plain old wrong and personally i think in this situation when they are caught, they should be castrated!

When I was in 4th or 5th grade, some guy pulled alongside my friend and I as we were walking to school and asked for directions. When we approached his window, we saw he had no pants on at all. We just walked away and giggled over it. I don't think I ever told my parents and it just wasn't that big of a deal to us...I'm not sure why.

My daughter's elementary school had a flasher last fall. The guy would drive up to a group of girls walking home from school and ask for directions to Elm Ave. and when they would approach the car- oops! No pants! The police never caught him, although not for a lack of effort. As the weather gets nicer here in the midwest, I hope he does not return.
