My Blog Changes + Thanks

I want to talk to you about several items. -

First, my blog will have a new look...

You will notice several changes in my blog soon. I'm going to have more "toys" or wegits on my blog. I may have to change my template so I can neatly fit the wegits on my sidebar. I don't want my blog to look to messy, and it's already starting too. So it might have a new look soon.

Second, I will talk about a variety of subjects, not just politics...

I have had a lot of political posts lately. I feel that it is important for me to have a political voice here, but I also acknowledge that I have some blog readers from other countries who visit my blog often. I don't want to leave them out. Therefore, I will have more of a mixture of posts.

Third, I want to thank...

I want to thank those wonderful, faithful, readers from other countries for continuing to visit my blog, and for your recent comments, even though I have harped on U.S. politics. My thanks goes out to...

eastcoastlife (Singapore)

Lady Banana (London, UK)

Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow (New Zealand)

I also want to thank several other people. We may not see eye to eye on political matters, but you have listened me to express my beliefs, (in some cases on your blog), and still remain welcoming to me. And my thanks also to some others who have expressed their political views even though they normally don't. I'm glad that you have felt comfortable enough to express your views on my blog. My policy concerning this blog is that I welcome a variety of opinions as long as you are kind, courteous, and respectful of one another. My thanks goes out to...

Lilly's Life

I hope that I didn't leave anyone out. I hope you forgive me if I did.

Forth, your suggestions...

I'm busy these days and might not have a lot of time to blog. However, I was wondering if there is anything that you want me to write a post on? What would you like to hear? I can't guarantee that I will blog about it, but will consider it. I appreciate your input. ;o)

Looking forward to seeing your changes. The elections here are so very important, so i can understand your enthusiasm for the topic. Its actually wonderful to see such interest in politics because as you probably already know that to many people do not care about voting, yet they enjoy the freedoms that this country has to offer from those that "Do" vote.

Although I do not discuss politics on my own blog because i do not like how some people get so very angry when my views might be different then theirs, (I would rather use my energy and time in a positive way), I am actually very passionate on this topic. I believe fully in voting so I can continue to live in a manner i enjoy and live a life that is free. I enjoy my rights to "free" speech and "living".

I hope you have a blessed weekend.

Hugs and blessings sent your way.

Hi Tracy,

Well, you are always welcome to speak your mind about politics, or any other topic here. Although we have lively discussions, I have never seen it get out of hand. My regular readers are good about that. I do have the monitor on now too.

I believe it is important to vote also. Frankly I know a lot about the presidential election, but nothing about the local. I have to start looking into that. You can't really tell by commercials.

I hope you have a blessed weekend too.

Hi LadyBanana,

What keeps me awake? You mean besides you? tee hee I will consider writing a post about myself.

What is Entrecard? I tried to take the tour, and the printing was so small that I couldn't read it. Also I was unable to enlarge it. I think it cost money too, and currently I'm on a budget.

Hi LadyBanana,

~Scratching my head~ Well more readers would be nice. I guess I will have to check into it more.

What's a sponsored posts? Is that the same as an ad? I had a few adds on my blog for a long time and didn't make a cent.

Hi LadyBanana,

I never heard of doing Sponsored posts. Hm, heck I'd advertise if I liked it. ;o) If you find out more info I would keep me in mind.

Right now I would like to test out an all you can eat breakfast buffet. I'm hunger! lol

Really like the new design ... it just seems more readable with the posts right in the middle of the page.

Change is good.

Hi -a,

Thanks, I'm glad that you like it. I wanted to add more wegits, but was almost out of room with the other design.
